These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the webinarplatform.net marketing website. Use of the webinar platform and services by customers is governed by separately executed agreements.

1. Acceptance and scope

This website (webinarplatform.net and related pages) is owned and operated by Communique Conferencing, Inc. ("Communique," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and by our Privacy Policy.

Use of the webinar platform and services by customers is governed by an executed Master Services Agreement (MSA), applicable order forms, and, where applicable, a Data Processing Addendum (DPA). Where these Terms of Use conflict with such agreements, the agreements control for platform-related use.

2. Use of website content

You may view, download, and print content from the website subject to the following conditions:

  1. The content is used solely for personal, non-commercial information purposes.
  2. The content is not modified or altered in any way.
  3. All copyright and other proprietary notices contained in the original materials are retained on any copies.

Case study consent: Customers may separately agree to have their name, company information, project details, and engagement results used to create a case study for our promotional materials, website, and marketing channels. Case study use is governed by the specific agreement between the customer and Communique.
